Living Fully

This 8-week coaching program is designed to provide ongoing support for lasting change.

You will:
*Complete the Living Fully Guidebook to explore what you need to reduce your fatigue and overwhelm and live your life fully.

*Explore the areas you are ready to improve (Nutrition, Exercise, Stress, Sleep, Time Management, Self-Care).

*Deep dive into what no longer serves you to make room for what does.

*Create a comprehensive action plan with support and accountability for achieving your goals.

*Receive one 60-minute Living Fully discovery session.

*Receive seven weekly or biweekly sessions of 45 minutes.

*Receive unlimited daily emails between sessions (M-F).

Regularly Priced: $480

Method
At this time, all sessions will be virtual or by phone.  Upon scheduling you can choose to meet via Zoom, Google Meet, or Phone.

To Purchase
When you book your first appointment with Tina, you will make payment online for the program.  After your first appointment, you will book your remaining appointments directly with Tina.
