Mommy Playdates are structured similar to one-on-one coaching, but take place in a group coaching format.

Choose your topic and be ready for a fun and informative experience that will set you on the path to feeling great with the love and support of your family and friends.

Price is $30 per person per hour.

Minimum of one hour required.
​Minimum of 4 people required.

At this time, all sessions will be virtual.  Upon scheduling you can choose to meet via Zoom or Google Meet.
