Plan a private Mommy Playdate with your closest Zombie-Moms friends! Price is $30 per person per hour. Minimum of one hour required. Minimum of 4 people required. Mommy Playdates are designed to harness the synergistic power of other moms who are feeling just like you...exhausted and overwhelmed. When women get together, something magical and powerful happens. We feel heard; we struggle less, we feel less alone.
Mommy Playdates are structured similar to one-on-one coaching, but take place in a group coaching format. You will have a fun and informative experience that will set you on the path to greater energy and less overwhelm.
A Zombie-Moms Playdate is two-fold:
First, you will receive the most up-to-date information necessary for healing physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The playdates consist of four different areas of focus:
Happy, Fulfilled, Connected
You will:
*Utilize the Purpose and Path method to uncover your unique life purpose and create a path to living your purpose.
*Learn how to move out of your head and into your heart to live a life of happiness, fulfillment, and connection.
*Learn how to rid your life of what is no longer serving you and welcome more of what does.
*Learn how to get your kids on board.
*Use your personal Purpose and Path as a foundation for creating change is the areas of stress, sleep, eating, and exercise.
The Stress Factor
You will learn:
*What is happening in your body during a stress response and how to halt it.
*How to prioritize so that you're not in a constant state of overwhelm.
*What to do to manage the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that lead to stress.
*What techniques to use for immediate stress relief.
*How to say no.
*How to carve out time for yourself and not feel guilty.
*How to create a plan for reducing stress that fits you and your life.
*How to get your kids on board.
Restorative Sleep
You will:
*Get back to the basics of restorative sleep. Sleeping well should be easy as it is intuitive to your body. This natural ability has been compromised as our culture rewards those who do more. You’ll learn the fundamentals of how your body works to outline what supports and weakens those fundamental sleep functions.
*Learn not just the what, but the how. It’s one thing to know what supports your body in feeling fully alive; it’s another to accomplish the how. You’ll learn strategies for restorative sleep that will help support your path to living fully.
*Learn how to get your kids involved. Not only is it important to get yourself on track to living fully, but it’s also vital to break the cultural cycle of overwhelm that’s being passed down to our children. Learn how to break this cultural cycle with strategies for how to get your kids on board.
*Utilize your personal Purpose and Path to create your Sleep Plan.
Eating and Exercise
You will learn:
*The role of inflammation and how it is impacting your health and energy.
*What to eat and what to avoid if you want to nourish your cells for real energy.
*How much and what kind of movement is best when you’re already too tired to exercise.
*How to create a plan for eating and exercise that fits you and your life.
*How to get your kids on board.
Secondly, I will provide you with the guidance, support, and accountability you need to make your desired life real.
You have unique barriers that prevent you from living the life you really want. We will discuss how to remove those barriers so you can increase your energy and live fully. With the support of other Zombie-Moms, we'll have fun dreaming big!
