Coaching is a highly personal process where you must feel comfortable and ready. You’ll be required to schedule a 15-minute “Fit Session” before enrolling to 1) ensure that the program is a good fit for you and 2) have all your questions answered.
This is a free, no-obligation call.
4 Coaching Sessions
All sessions will be virtual via the Zoom platform.

- During this session, we’ll dive deep into what matters to you to create a simplified plan for losing weight, reducing stress, and improving health and happiness.
- 3 Follow-Up Sessions
- 30 minutes
- During these sessions, you’ll identify simple and achievable steps toward reaching your weight loss and stress goals. I’ll support you with the knowledge and skills you need to identify and remove the barriers to your success.
All sessions will be virtual via the Zoom platform.
