This 4-week program is designed to help you jump start your energy and explore possibilities for creating the life you desire.

You will:
*Explore the Purpose and Path Guidebook where you will discover your Purpose (your meaning, your gifts, your spirit) and chart a Path to living that Purpose.
*Explore the areas where you are ready to make change (Nutrition, Exercise, Stress, Sleep).
*Create a 4-week action plan to renew your energy.
*Receive one 60-minute Purpose and Path session.
*Receive 3 weekly or biweekly sessions of 45 minutes.
*One email check-in between each session.

Method
At this time, all sessions will be virtual or by phone.  Upon scheduling you can choose to meet via Zoom, Google Meet, or Phone.

To Purchase
When you book your first appointment with Tina, you will make payment online for the program.  After your first appointment, you will book your remaining appointments directly with Tina.
